Unique aluminum die casing designed for easy removal of used dies and easy insertion of new dies. Casing has opening and closing aluminum side panel that allows you to remove the die with ease. Dies can be removed and reinserted time and time again, making it unnecessary to ruin your dies because you run out of casings. Urethane rubber mold available to allow you to make your own dies and insert them into the aluminum casing. You never need to have more than one casing because you simply change the dies but use the same casing. |

An air compressor is required to operate the air release function of the Texas Tiler and is not included with any of the Tiler packages. Our minimum recommendation for an air compressor is one that will generate at least 75 psi with a minimum 2 gallon storage tank. Our optimum recommendation for an air compressor is a unit that will generate at least 120 psi with a minimum 10 gallon storage tank. The larger the storage tank, the less frequently the compressor will need to run to maintain the pressure needed to operate the Texas Tiler during the repeated consecutive pressings found in production work. |
